RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can request an exchange or refund for the product you have purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Before returning, please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
and inform us. We will tell you how to return the product with our reference.
When you decide to return a product, please make sure of the following conditions;
• The packaging of the products should not be damaged and the packaging content should be complete and there should be no missing items.
• Products should not be used.
• Products must be complete with their original packaging, including all accessories.
Earrings are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees (including taxes and customs fees).
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund to the original payment method for the amount paid for the returned item. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).
Your order will be shipped directly from our head office to your adress. The shipment will take 5-7 business days under normal weather conditions. The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout according to your zone.
Your order could be rarely held or stucked in Customs zone. In this case, customs officers or shipping company will contact you and inform you about the procedure of getting your products. Customs fees change depending on the size of your order and your country.
Gizia has no responsibility for import duties and products in customs. Delivery duties and custom expenses are not included in the item price when shipping to all other countries beside Turkey. This means you may be liable to pay import duties on receipt of your order.
Damaged Products On Shipment
When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged on shipment. If you see any problem with the package, please have a damage report from the delivery company. If the product is damaged by courier company, you need to declare and prove the damaged part of the product.
Defective, Damaged or Wrong Product
When you open the package, if the product is damaged, defective or a wrong item, you can easily return your products free of charge. In such cases please contact with us.
When you decide to return a product that is damaged, defective or a wrong item, please be sure about conditions below;
• Package of the products should not be damaged and the content of the package must be full with no items missing.
• Products must not be used.
• Products must be complete with the original package, including all accessories.
